1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tap555 platform and all its associated services. By accessing the tap555bet.cam website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using tap555's services. tap555 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time; details about changes are provided in Section 12.

tap555 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms do not apply to persons residing outside Bangladesh. Our Privacy Policy also applies alongside these Terms, and explains how your personal information is collected and used.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on tap555, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No person under 21 may use this platform. Providing a false age during registration will result in immediate account closure, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including:

• Full name (matching your National ID card)
• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address (where applicable)
• Residential address in Bangladesh

If any of your information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3. Account Verification

tap555 may request identity verification at any time. tap555 reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims until this process is completed.

3.1 Documents Required for Verification

• A clear photo of your National ID card (NID) or passport
• OTP verification from your registered mobile number
• Bank account or mobile banking statement if required

If the documents provided appear unclear, expired or fraudulent, tap555 may request additional documents or keep the account suspended. Your cooperation in completing verification successfully is required.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on tap555 for deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks)

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If a verification process is ongoing, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the correct account number and amount are used when making a deposit. tap555 cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to a wrong number.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳2,000 and a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

tap555 runs various promotions regularly, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket event bonuses, birthday rewards and referral rewards. Each promotion has specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, group betting is carried out, or promotions are abused in any other way, tap555 may cancel the bonuses and close the account.

5.4 VIP Program

Regularly active members may join the tap555 VIP Program. There are three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — and each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit. Bronze offers up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7% and Gold up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the consistency of a member's activity.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet once accepted generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, tap555 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the following situations:

• If the event is cancelled or does not start within 24 hours of the scheduled time
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If the match result is not confirmed or is disputed
• If a fair result cannot be determined for any reason

6.2 Odds Changes

The odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted are final; any subsequent change in odds will not apply to previously placed bets.

6.3 Live Betting

During live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays or technical issues. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

There may be a limit on the maximum amount a member can win on a single bet or within a specific period. This limit depends on the type of game, the bet amount and the member's VIP level.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tap555 platform:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Using any computer software, bots or automated methods to place bets
• Gaining unfair advantage through match fixing or manipulation of information
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform for personal gain
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or using their funds

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 tap555's Rights

tap555 may suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Operating multiple accounts

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance will be provided before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gambling is becoming harmful to them, the self-exclusion option is available. Detailed guidance on this is provided on our Responsible Gaming page.

9. Limitation of Liability

tap555 bears no liability for the following:

• Loss or damage caused by internet connectivity issues or power outages
• Any financial decision made based on the outcome of bets
• Technical errors from third-party game providers
• Unauthorised access to an account by unapproved third parties

tap555 reserves the right to correct any balance or winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. Under no circumstances will tap555's total liability exceed the member's net deposit amount over the most recent 30 days.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. tap555 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your information safe.
